Pre-Qualification Process
Pico and Associates offers a free pre qualification service to our clients. Once we receive a few pieces of financial and hardship information, we will respond back within 24 to 48 hours with our opinion that a client will (or will not) qualify for a Loan Modification.
The advantage of the pre-qualification process is it saves time and may offer to a client suggestions of how better to present their case or what they may want to change to better present their situation. The pre-qualification process is a free service. After a client is pre-qualified and they wish to move forward, our legal staff is ready to help. When it comes to paying our fee, Pico and Associates stands ready to work out a payment plan with the client. We understand that money is tight and financial hardships have put people in difficult situations. Pico and Associates does not want the upfront payment to stand in the way of our clients achieving a Loan Modification.

- Explanation of Financial Hardship and Hardship Letter
- Relief Services Agreement
- Bank Authorization & Release Form (completed & signed).
- Current Pay Stubs(one full month for entire household).
- Mortgage Statement (most recent month).
